That is in the middle of the city, but quiet. Very clean, very friendly staff. You can prepare your meals in the lovely common kitchen

"All that you need, a little off the usual path."

It had everything you needed for a quick, quiet stay. The caretaker was very kind, and it was a safe place to stay as a solo traveler.

The location is ok if you prefer walking, but it's very easy to grab a scooter from.
