Beautiful garden and quiet are

Not much around in terms of shops and 20 min walk to the beach

The value preposition is superb. Rooms are decent ,modest and minimalist and super clean. No traffic sound ! And one can cook own food as well.

The approach road is narrow... It is not a deal breaker

Familiäre, ruhige Unterkunft. Gutes WLAN und eigene kleine Terasse.

部屋も綺麗で清潔で庭の景色も最高です。夜は大通りから少し離れておりとても静かです！オーナーさんも優しくてとても素敵な方でした。悪い点はなかったので次もまた泊まりたいです。

Already stayed here twice. Santo is wonderful and always around for anything you might need. Comfy bed, good a/c, kettle, mini fridge, very clean, well equipped kitchen/common area. If your neighbors are quiet, its a little haven...

.... but as it always is with this kind of setup; the walls are thin. There was a bad smell in the bathroom at random times.

非常舒服的房间 我从这里中转佩尼达岛，晚上到得非常迟，但一到房间就发现老板已经提前帮我开好了灯开好了空调，这种感觉真的让人很温暖 我行李太重，去佩尼达岛要住一晚，不想随身带着大箱子，老板也同意免费帮我寄存 真的是很感激！

キッチン横の部屋でしたが二人で泊まる場合、連続してシャワーは入れなかったです。お湯が水になります。一人だと大丈夫です。
