Very nice location, everything clean, friendly staff, fair price.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city, but very quite and comfortable to sleep, helpful staff, incredible atmosphere and medieval interior, but with new plumbing, luxurious bathrooms, incredibly beautiful floors, comfortable mattress and a very hospitable owner. I really hope to return there again!

- Late check-in appears to be possible according to the FAQ, but it comes with steep (hourly) fees - There seem to be additional charges for air conditioning

An excellent location,close to the main features of the city. We received a warm welcome from the host who made us feel at home. A well appointed kitchen and the host took time to explain how it all works. If I return to Lucca I will definitely come back here

Great central location. Huge shower. The communal kitchen and terrace is a huge bonus and great to sit on at any time of the day. Staff are fantastic and room is large. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Also only 1 flight of stairs . Lots of tea coffee and breaky stuff to have in the mornings provided. They even have bottles of wine available to buy on an honour system!!!
