Super kind staff, great location from the city center + train station! I see that the owner had a good care on the place with love and proud. Great to stay in the place, might ask for another time when i visit Lucca again!

A very quirky clever spot. In the heart of Lucca, it is in a perfect location. Parking is an issue as it is placed at the perimeter of the city and you have to hike into the location. We got the studio suite which is a working photographic studio, brilliant. Lucca is such a magical place and this B& B makes it even better

Light switches were a bit confusing. Location is a bit tricky at first.

Beautifully decorated spacious room. Great shower. Lovely communal terrace and kitchen with lots of equipment. Food and drinks readily available some included some charged. Relaxing afternoon on terrace

Great Location. Great staff/owner. They offer a fridge and a freezer to store our food and there is a dispenser of water. The minibar i think it is based on a honor system where you pay the price written on it.

In short, this facility is not an hotel, it is more of a B&B. So if you arrive out of hours or you want to collect luggage it can be complicated (I did not wanted to impose on the owner too). On the practical side our room had a window which faced the terrace where other guest can have breakfast (i.e. no privacy, noises both ways). Any movement i the bed resulted in terrible noise. No conventional bidet.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. Near the restaurants and the main piazzas.

Nothing! It really was perfect for visiting the walled city of Lucca.
