Guest House Takazuri-KITA

Kota family was so welcoming us. It’s located so beautiful neighbourhood in the middle of mountain. Kota couple and his 4 year-old son are the best team of this wonderful guest house! We had in trouble on the way to the house because of heavy snow, but Kota was very kindly helped and saved us! I have willing to visit this warm and cozy guest house again soon.

The host family is so kind that you would like to stay with them more days! They can help you with all your need and the room is very comfortable! We will come back one day, and stay there more to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere! You can reach Ainokura or Shirakawago thanks to the bus and we suggest you to visit Ainokura because is a magic place!

To reach the guesthouse you need a car or you need to walk for 15 minutes from the bus stop. It's not a big deal but just to know.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! The hosts are amazing, great cozy place with great cozy ambiance. They have a lovable little boy that's very social, and just the whole feel of the place and the family is simply amazing! Super recommended ! It was almost painful to leave and I ALREADY WANT TO GO BACK! Also they're very helpful all the time; they show you in the right direction and on what to do around, even rent you an e-bike so you can make your way around ♡ Magnificent

The only thing that I didn't like is that I had to leave 🤪.

Kota was very responsive by message, and understanding of my requests The welcome was very warm and helpful. They even advanced us part of the cab fare because we didn't have enough cash and they also took us from the house to the cash dispenser. All this without mentioning the typical house, which is just magnificent. In short, a real favorite, I highly recommend it.

The only "weak" point is accessibility. This is the downside of the enormous advantage of being hidden in the montages. Indeed, public transport is not very well served, and requires cash. Personally, the next time I go back, I'll take a rental car to be freer of my movements. With this tip, we've eliminated the only problem with this wonderful place.
