距離車站相當近很方便，一旁也有便利商店，再走一點距離也有超市

Ubicación perfecta, comodidad superior, limpieza muy buena, facilidades en dejar equipaje antes del check in y después del check out, linda linda linda habitación, decorada con cariño.

La mala comunicación con el personal que casi no habla nada de inglés.

Far if you come from JR station with big luggages Cold room, heater not working. Bad and unpolite the guy at front desk Could not use dining room even available No kettle in the room

It's centrally placed in Nikko and very close to the bus terminal and train station, so very good for sleeping one night to get all of the tourist attractions in.

This is a strange place to sleep at! Staff is alright, but you have to give them your room key when you leave the hotel and use a receipt to get it back, why??? I would not sleep here for more than one night, as comfort is not the best.

Great location. Very near train and bus station in nikko. Although there's no food provided, you can walk to supermarket nearby for food.

The room is near the street so you can hear noises from cars driving outside. And the floor is very HARD. You should select bed option to avoid backache.
