Elegant Residence Rooms & Apartments

Room is very very clean, comfortable kingsize bed, nice white cotton beadsheet and towels. Superb location few min from sea promenade! Bathroom is spacy, good water pressure in shower cabine. Big TV with lot of chanels. 1 min from location are bars and supermarket Konzum. Small fridge in room and coffe machine are plus. During my week stay it was also cleaning service there. Perfect communication, easy self check in/ check out.

I loved how the room had everything you needed, the aircon being on when we arrived, the room was fantastic and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

There’s no parking close by which is a slight inconvenience but the room makes up for it!

AC not the best, shower head broken and open door which made flooding in the bathroom. Average value for money

Excellent location. Next to restaurant Kantun Paulina which is the best street food/cevapi in Split. Place is perfecetly sized for what you need.

Safe location/environment. Modern looking room. Proper cold fridge. Quick response from host. Comfy bed and pillows. Decent sized shower.

Noisy area, room wasn’t well sound-proofed. Musky weird odor.
