Good stay

A super cute place. Comfortable bed, with nice linen and towels. Bright and clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. Quiet spot down a lane. The host was super nice and helpful and easily available for questions.

Fancy and stalish property, great location in walking distance to the palace, sea port, beaches and restaurants. The owners and staff were so responsive and happily satisfied all our requests.

Perfect location, right in the old town of Split. Our room was very clean and comfortable, nice shower room and a proper hairdryer. Mini fridge and coffee machine were very handy too. It was everything we needed for a few nights holiday and we would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like! The only tiny improvement would be a few more coffee pods and maybe a bigger bin in the room and/or instructions on where to empty it?

The location was amazing - 2 min walk to the Riva. Everything is super clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable, and, despite the central location, the place was quiet in terms of any street noise. The room is very spacious and there is enough space to put all your stuff in, so you don't have to stumble over your suitcases at all.

While I couldn't hear any street noise, I could hear everything in the hallways, footsteps, voices etc. but it wasn't too loud and I had no trouble sleeping/working.

The stay at Elegant Residence Rooms & Apartments was perfect! The check in was smooth and we got our room early. We had very good contact with the staff in advance and felt welcome. The location was perfect!

The only thing that was bothering, was the loud neighbors, running in the stairs early in the morning, late at night.
