Luxury Room Kokola

First, our host Davor was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to provide information that we needed for getting around Split, places to eat and things to do, and assist with parking...for our three night stay. The room was newly renovated in a very tasteful way, a great mix of modern fixtures and displaying the original walls and doorways....and very clean. Could not have been a better location in the old town area....his assistance with parking made that stress go away. We were welcomed with unexpected treats in the room, such as fresh fruit. etc. We would definitely go back to stay at this accommodation on a future trip.

Expertly restored apartment in great location on main square but set back from the hussle and bustle; quiet; close to water and restaurants/bars/shopping; exceptional host (Davor) who welcomed us in his home, was a great resource about the history, culture and cuisine of the town and the nearby islands and was big help planning our days.

Too little natural light.

Booked my stay last minute. The location was excellent, the room was quite spacious and clean. The owner (Davor) and his family were extremely nice and welcoming. I was alone staying in Split, and after I checked out, still had about 6 hours before my flight. Davor and his family invited me over for coffee, lots of interesting conversations about Split and the local life, his son is an avid football fan (like me), and I just had a fantastic and very "homely" feeling staying in their home.

We loved this room. The location was perfect because it’s right in the centre of Old Split but it’s quiet. The room was very clean, had wifi, towels and a fridge. Dovar was so welcoming and answered all of our questions from beach and food recommendations to taxi/bus help. He was so hospitable. I would definitely recommend staying here, we loved it.

Great place in the middle of Old Town Split. Host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you are a couple looking for a place to stay in Split.

The apartment is located extremely well in the center of the old city. However, there is no noise so we had an amazing sleep. The space is extremely clean. Davor is an EXCELLENT host!! Highly recommend this place.

There is no natural light. We didn’t mind because we were out all day and this aloud our sleep to be great.

The location is amazing, right off the main square in the old town. Davor was so helpful and took time to show us the best spots around. The room itself was beautiful, with everything we needed!
