Luxury Room Kokola

The property is right in the centre of the old town, just off a square with nice bars and restaurants, it’s a century’s old building that has been tastefully modernised with the original stonework and carved stone arches showing, the en-suite bathroom is modern with a great shower, the whole place was spotlessly clean and towels were changed, the hosts were amazing, met us on time gave us loads of tips on places to visit, they even made homemade cookies and pancakes for us, We would definitely stay here again,

Amazing hospitality by Davor and a perfect location! He helped us with parking our car and carrying our luggage, and made us feel at home. We had a magnificent stay, thanks Davor! :)

Perfect location and super clean

No bad thing to say. It was perfect.

Davor was a very gracious, friendly, and helpful host. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and made our stay so comfortable. The room is beautiful and very well maintained. If we had been staying longer, it might have felt a bit small. The room was perfect for the four days we were there. You simply can't get a better location. Many cafes and restaurants right nearby, and the palace literally right there. And despite being so close to all the hustle and bustle of Narodni Trg, the room was extremely quiet at night.

For a longer stay the room might be a bit small, especially if you are planning to spend time at the beach. But the room is so comfortable and well kept, that it felt cozy rather than small.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the main square but still quiet and peaceful. Davor, the host, was fantastic and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. He even shared some home-made cookies with us!

The room is charming and is perfection located one minute walk from the Docletian Palace at the heart of Old Town. The room is spotless clean and the host is gracious, welcoming and we wish we could have stayed for longer.

The location is incredible. It's a mere 50 feet or so from the city square and access to all the things to see, gelato, coffee and restaurants! Despite the location it's quiet! Davor is a delight and easy to work with. I will certainly look up his place if I am lucky enough to get back to Croatia and highly recommend his place to everyone else.

The location is key for this apartment - very well located in the old town. We stayed 6 nights and did everything by foot. Davor (the owner) kept the room as it used to be, very charming.

Minus point for the bed, I am not tall (1.80m) but the bed was too small for me, however the bed is comfortable and I found a position to have a good rest. Also the windows are quite small and do not bring enough lights.

Location is ideal. In the heart of split. Davor extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all out questions very helpful.
