The swimmingpool has leaves, no mosquito protection & no hot drinks in the morning while normally sitting & enjoying the fresh air of thw sea upon waking up..

Nothing except it had Netflix

Have to say this is probably the work hotel I have ever stay at. The pool was green from dirt and was closed almost every linen was dirty as the room and the towel was dirty. Didn’t have hot water so cold showers and no there was no soap or any amenities and the aircon didn’t work properly. There was trash and dirt all over the facility.

Very dissappointed, we book 4 rooms for 10 adults and 2 kids and when we come we get 2 rooms only i complain we get 2 small rooms extra- no towels no soap nothing at all inside in the room, pictures here very nice but personal very dirty bed very dirty toilet not even clean. We book 2 nights but we check out we only stay one night. We can't even stay longer becsuse its very dirty, we drive for 5hrs to get on this hotel and we have to check out again because of very dirty . We borrow boiling water we have to rent. I rent for few hrs the karaoke since we checked out early, and we pay the 2 nights and only stay one night . Still we have to pay. Since we leave far away I just pay everything and we pay 2 night and we are not anymore in the hotel. Not recommended was really the first time we experience to check in not even clean my son don't want to lay in bed because it's dirty, and toilet it's really disgusting. Nothing at all in the room. Garbage not even empty it's really smells in the pool area. We lost money.on this hotel.

Good location

Uncomfortable bed and old 2 pillows put together in a pillow case. WiFi doesn't reach our room in room E. No hand soap, toilet paper holder broken. Our room was infested with mosquitos (I asked the staff if they can spray the room, they only suggested to buy a mosquito spray in town). The room wasn't cleaned the next day and the bed wasn't made.

Being by the ocean.

First, I was told I'd be getting a full bed, two twin beds, and a bunk bed for six of us. When I got there it was 3 twin beds and 1 bunk bed. They bait and switch you. I then informed the lady running the place that that's not what was ordered and they agreed to move us next door with 2 full beds and 1 bunk bed. Second, the air conditioning didn't work In the room...she said wait an hour. Ok we went to lunch and came back two hours later....it still didn't work and the lady is trying to justify that it does. I informed her it doesn't so we end up back to original room without enough beds. Third, AND THIS IS JUST THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL THING I'VE HEARD HERE: THE LADY CALLS MY WIFEY A MOUNTAIN WOMAN, WHICH IS LIKE CALLING HER A HILLBILLY IN THE STATES!!! EXCUSE ME? HALF OF MY FAMILY'S HILLBILLIES! I IMMEDIATELY LET THIS WOMAN KNOW THAT SHE OWES MY WIFEY AN APOLOGY!!! I TOLD HER SHE'S A SCHOOL TEACHER JUST LIKE I AM IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! SHE APOLOGIZED BUT THIS PLACE IS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL AND SHADY AS HECK! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WESTERNER!!! STAY AT A PLACE THAT DELIVERS ON WHAT IT ADVERTISED ON BOOKING. COM AND NOT BAIT AND SWITCH. I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY THERE AND I RECOMMEND THAT EVERY FOREIGNER AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I KNOW THEY NEVER GOT THAT MANY LIKES WITH THE STAFF THEY HAVE, THEY BOUGHT THOSE LIKES!!
