nice hotel on the sea with swimming pool. friendly and helpfull staff.the village it self isn't much to do accept swimming with the whalesharks .we had a nice 2 night stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE! The owner, Avelina, is horrible. I was scammed on airbnb. Post presents its self as a home with the entire place holding 11 rooms. I was received with 2 rooms full of bunk beds I was never given an option to select rooms. I had +20 guests from the age of 3 to 75 arrive with me at 11PM and the owner was not willing to accommodate us even though there were plenty of rooms available; instead she insulted my family and refused to ta e any accountability for the miss information. My family and I had to look for a place to sleep at midnight because of the owners lack of compassion. Shes also refusing to give me a refund. People like this should not be running businesses. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever been through.

This place is a SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When we made the reservation for our 20 + guests age ranging from 3 years to 65 years old , the add promised the entire resort for ourselves, with 11 rooms and 50 beds. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that we were only given 2 rooms with bunk beds. This was a significant deviation from what we had booked and paid for. When we called the owner Avelina Manuela to address this issue and express our disappointment, their response was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake or offering a suitable solution, the owner had the audacity to say, "Can you not read?" This kind of attitude and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. It is important for establishments to deliver on their promises and maintain clear and honest communication with their guests. Unfortunately, Billy's Resort failed in both of these aspects. The false advertisement and the owner's rude behavior left us feeling cheated and undervalued as customers. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against staying at Billy's Resort. The lack of integrity, coupled with the disrespectful treatment we received, makes this establishment an untrustworthy and unprofessional choice. There are certainly better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide honest services. Please consider our experience before making your decision, and I hope you find a more pleasant and reputable place to stay for your future trips.

The outdoor is only nice.

The room is small and basic no handsoap nothing!! Photos in the room is kinda decieving!! Will not reccomend the brand new hotel next door is way better. Wish we booked it there. Staff were not that friendly when we checked in.

We like the everything,the view,the room and etc.

We dont like the way the owner ask me more payment,then she gave me wrong room bed,instead triple,she gave me double bed..then asking me another payment..they take advantage when its forigner.
