Arkleside Country Guest House

The Arkleside was the standout accommodation on our coast to coast journey. we had the self-contained room with a view, and it was worth every penny. Terry & Hannah were really friendly and super helpful. Fantastic accommodation - beautiful village, we will certainly return.

Nothing it was a fab stay

Comfortable clean and cosy right in the heart of Reeth. Spacious rooms - well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts - all you could ask for. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the view from my window over Fremington Edge! I just sat and watched the sunlight disappear from the hill each evening. Lovely light breakfast; and porridge! Many thanks to lovely hosts Terry and Hannah.

I guess that somewhere to sit outside would have been just amazing; but the green was close, so could sit out there.

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Apartment had little kitchenette and dining area. Lovely bathroom. Would recommend and look forward to going back sometime.

The location was excellent. The owners were very hospitable. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable and everything you would need.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Room was as advertised, small, comfortable , suitably equipped for a short stay. Staff helpful. excellent location. parking on the village green 100 meters away was convenient.

Fabulous room, really comfortable and quiet. Bonus was the fridge and self-catering area, and good parking spot.
