Great location, lovely views and attentive staff. Pleasant experience all round.

Room was lovely just a little small as I have a disabled husband who has oxygen cannisters and a machine but that wasn't the guest houses fault, I can't fault anything

Excellent location, Terry & Hannah very helpful & informative, Place was very clean, Free car parking available.

Room ceiling was sloping making it difficult to stand or sit where it was very low.

The guesthouse is situated in the middle of the pretty village of Reeth, very convenient for shops and pubs, and we could walk the surrounding area direct from the guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable and had reasonably well-equipped basic self-catering facilities. Our host, Terry, was friendly and helpful. Lovely view from our room on the top floor.

Not always easy to park outside accommodation, but able to park on village green.

Good value, convenient location just off the green in reeth, clean and new feeling bedroom and bathroom, great hot water and heating.

Nothing major but the only toiletries provided were the tiny individual plastic bottles of all-in-one, basically dish soap and not very eco friendly! Lots of single use plastic. Advise to BYO. Would have like firmer pillows too.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed

Perhaps due to the location of our room (directly opposite the front door) but pretty noisy. Thin walls; people chatting in normal volume voices in the public areas sounded like they were standing right by our bed and footsteps on the stairs right by our heads. Thankfully not at very late or very early times, but an early night or a lie in would have been impossible if we had wanted either.
