Very well set up space, I was able to relax after a long day and had all the facilities I needed.

Der Erstkontakt war okay. Insgesamt war es sauber.

Es wird geworben mit einem tollen Frühstück, das gibt es aber nicht sondern Verpackungsware u.a. miserable Croissants, Instantcafe und so weiter. Die Küchenzeile ist nicht zu benutzen. Es gibt keine Kochplatten und insgesamt überhaupt kein Geschirr um vielleicht Spaghetti Bolognese oder ähnlihes zu kochen. Keine Töpfe und keine Pfannen vorhanden. Das Bett ist miserabel, für zwei Leute zu klein, außerdem die Matratze völlig durchgelegen. Die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen.

Friendly staff, convenient location, parking, complimentary provisions for breakfast. Microwave, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, sink and TV. Comfortable bed.

The room was a bit dark, but ok with the lights on. The bath towels could have been better.

Quiet location our room was perfect

No bog roll and 1 fork between two cupboard underneath the sink smells a bit fusty other than that I will be returning 😄

The kitchen in the room and the shower was amazing, clean bed very comfy cant complain and the decorating was lovely.

Great location for my needs, walkable distance to my conference venue Ushaw house. Very friendly host, great complementary breakfast - cereal, croissants, porridge, fresh milk, etc. Huge room and excellent range of facilities for the price, really good value.

Front door code was a little temperamental, tricky if getting back late. Had to ring the bell quite late to get through, but the host was very friendly and let me in no trouble.
