"Great stay in room 2."

Location was great for our visit to Ushaw parkrun. The room had a living room, kitchen and shower room. Room was better than pics. Bed was comfy and bed linen was lovely. Owner had left heater on so room was warm. Massive TV in lounge area which was great for watching Olympics. Nice touch the breakfast despite it not being our taste. Quirky place

There was no pool table as shown in pics. Shower took 10 mins to heat up but good once going. Very tight in bathroom. Towels provided were a tad musty.

Parking lots of room

There was no hot water, the heating was not put on and it was 3deg inside and out, and it took 4 hours for the rooms to warm up.
