The staff were all amazing. Beautifully greeted, dealt with, chatted to, great knowledge of the area and information and nothing was too much trouble. Danelle was an incredible host and made it so enjoyable. Breakfast was great.

"Our best "stay" in South Africa."

An outstanding property with amazing views and grounds, complimented by well organised staff who look after guests with seamless efficiency in a cosy & comfortable property. We met several guests who have stayed at FVM repeatedly and now we absolutely know why. Breakfast is lovely and we were recommended to try the restaurant for dinner - it is brilliant and we ate twice during our 3 night stay. If we return to the Knysna area in future when on the garden route, we will desperately want to stay at FVM.
