no one around for questions shower did not have enough hot water for two showers frustrating

The bed was the best! Comfortable & cozy. Loved the whole vibe of the place very cool & stylish.

The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The location is in the middle of town & very convenient.

It was not a problem, but there are no guest services here. It is more like renting a very nice airbnb room than a hotel stay.

The Penthouse suite was gorgeous. It was the perfect space for a couple for a 2-day get away. Very clean and had good amenities. Location was also great being right in downtown and easy to walk to dinner.

The manager of the property. No check-in information was provided- at all! We luckily met up with the staff member after waiting outside in 90+F heat for 1.5 hours for someone. I submitted a message to the manager this morning- check it out in the thread on Booking. Completely inept person with no concept of customer service.

What breakfast? The location was ok. Nice to be able to walk to dinner, but super not-cool to have a band playing til almost midnight across the street at the bar, and to not be warned about it.

The noise from the band at the bar across the street playing late. The room's main door sealed poorly, giving terrible noise insulation. The dressers were pretty dirty. Two panels in the ceiling were loose and showing insulation falling out. One of the the three towels had a couple gross stains so we had to swap it.
