The lock boxes, especially the one for the bedroom. There was no light in the hall and we had to find a flashlight to see the numbers to punch. Very annoying. In addition, there was very high street noise.

I cannot believe how cute this place is!! Honestly I think it was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. the interior has the coolest touches. The bed was amazing! The shower was amazing! I wish we had stayed longer. So chic and SO close to loads of delicious places. My friend and I are still talking about the diner from across the street.

Location was very good. I was concerned about road noise and too much light through the first floor windows facing the patio and parking area, but neither was an issue. The room was nice and comfortable.

One minor issue was the coffee bar. This is a housekeeping issue, actually. There was coffee, but no sugar or creamer available. It appeared that the cupboard area had not been thoroughly restock with items(not just coffee related). May have been overlooked when getting ready for our visit by the housekeeper. It happens, but it shouldn’t. Now, the bad part. Before leaving, I always check the couch cushions to make sure nothing fell behind them. To my surprise and disappointment, I found a tampon and used syringe needle(thankfully capped) under the couch cushion. Not mine.
