La posizione.
Mancanza di parcheggi nelle immediate vicinanze. Scomoda la scala di acesso alle camere (a chiocciola in legno). Molti rumori esterni fino a tardissimo sera. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo non proporzionato.

Alessio è stato molto cordiale e super disponibile sia quando siamo arrivati, illustrandoci tutte le informazioni di Lerici e dandoci anche buoni consigli sui ristoranti e posti da visitare. È stato gentilissimo anche durante il check out in quanto si è messo a disposizione fino al nostro rientro. Persona affabile e gentile, un vero e proprio padrone di casa che ti fa sentire sempre a casa.

L’affittacamere è in pieno centro a Lerici, in una posizione perfetta. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha dato tanti consigli sulla zona. La camera molto carina.
Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata che d’estate si fa un po’ sentire.

Tutto. Il plus di questa struttura è la gentilezza del proprietario, che suggerisce i luoghi migliori da visitare ed è a disposizione per risolvere qualsiasi problema
La stanza era piccola, ma comunque piena di armadietti per riporre gli oggetti. C'è una scala stretta e alta da percorrere per raggiungerla, ma non è un problema per chi non ha difficoltà di mobilità
