Very clean, right in the centre of Lerici, close to all the restaurants and harbour,short walk to swim or about 10 to 15 walk to sandy beaches
The stairs to my room are quite steep so maybe not suit the older traveller

The location was outstanding and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The host contacted us immediately upon our booking to inform us of the steep stairs we would need to negotiate to reach our room and to establish that we would be able to climb the stairs easily. This attention and care was so thoughtful.
The towels were very very small and no soap was supplied.

The location is amazing, just in the town centre. Many restaurants are located just a few steps from the hotel. The sea is also very close
The furniture is very cheap and old. It feels stinky. The bathroom appliance is also in awful shape. The whole room should be renovated
