Great breakfast and hospitality

A really comfortable stay , very clean and a lovely lady . Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent, freshly cooked breakfast. Room was clean, quiet and easy to access. My wife has limited mobility so this was important.

No paper tissues.

Very convenient location, our host was very helpful and informative. our room was spotlessly clean and breakfast very tasty.

The lady of the house was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, apologies for not having her name. The full english was very good, freshly made to order. There are other options including cereals fresh fruit and yoghurts. Free wi-fi as you would expect these days, which worked!

It is what it is, a very pleasant small family run hotel, and it is done beautifully. What's not to like. Thank you

A lovely welcome from the owners on arrival…..we only stayed the one night (to attend a friends celebration) but we would definitely book to stay there again on our next visit. The Breakfast was superb and the suggestions of where to visit in the area were very welcome.

Very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Really good breakfast made to just the way we like it. We'll certainly come back again. Just a few yards from the local pub which serves a good evening meal and a good pint too!

Stairs to our room were quite steep, a challenge to ageing legs, but it's a very old building, you have to expect these quirks.

Warm welcome, great pub nearby for real pub food and a great breakfast!
