La porta d’ingresso della struttura era rotta e non sicura: la prima notte persone ubriache/rumorose sono entrate e hanno urlato per ore, ho passato la notte nel terrore che entrassero nella stanza e non ho dormito per niente. La seconda notte, con vento, la porta e i vetri si muovevano facendo rumore continuo e di nuovo era impossibile riposare. In camera c’erano anche problemi di pulizia: capelli sul pavimento del bagno e, dopo la prima notte, abbiamo trovato il sacco dei rifiuti cambiato ma il letto non rifatto, niente pulizie evidenti e gli asciugamani non cambiati, ci chiediamo quindi perché siano entrati in camera. Le casseforti non funzionavano, la stanza era fredda e non erano disponibili coperte aggiuntive. Non consiglierei questa struttura: scarsa sicurezza, pulizia insufficiente e manutenzione carente.

Amazing location! Not my first time staying in Alfama district but this was lovely!! Firm mattress but good, spacious bathroom, all windows could be opened. These is a bus stop at the door every ten minutes kind of loud but only from 7:45 till 22 so did not really bother me The front door lock was broken due the flooding so felt a little ‘unsafe’ as a female travelling solo but the room was obviously also locked with a key and code

It gets loud in the hallway, you think every noise is right in front of your door.

Parfaitement situé à 2 pas du tramway 28 et arrêt de bus

Un peu bruyant car en réa de chaussée mais très correct
