The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

We were informed a few days before arrival that there were issues with the apartment. The entrance keypad was not working, so we had to rely on a single physical key. As a group of four, this made it very inconvenient to plan separate activities, since only one person could access the apartment at a time. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem. It seemed as if the apartment had been damaged previously: the cooking station was completely broken and unusable, and the bathroom door was misaligned, missing a hinge, and could not be properly closed. While the apartment looks appealing in the photos, in reality many aspects are poorly maintained or of low quality, which was disappointing. Another major issue was the noise. One of the bedrooms faces a steep uphill road. From early morning (around 7 a.m.), buses, taxis, and other vehicles create significant engine noise due to the incline. Since the apartment is located on the ground floor, the noise level is very high. Sleeping with an open window is practically impossible. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, mainly due to maintenance issues and noise levels.

The location was amazing for exploring Alfama. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5.

We found the couches to be dirty and stained. We did not feel comfortable sitting on it, seeing how many stains were on both couches. The building main entry door does not lock easily, you have to slam it closed to properly lock it and on several occasions we would arrive to the apartment after being out and the main door was open/unlocked. This is a security issue for your guests. The building is not soundproof and the neighbours upstairs were very loud/having parties till very late (4am on one night). The kitchen only had a used/dirty sponge to clean our dishes.

Wifi was very weak in the room. At booking it was not clear to me that that there was no 24-h open reception with an option to keep the luggage for a few hours after checking-out. No easy place to put towels aside, i.e., no peg/hook in the bathroom.

I do not recommend this place.

Someone was trying to open my door twice after 11pm in the evening and I reported it. They replied and tried to convince me it would be just accident by next door or wind but I heard someone was walking away from my door. Was not feel secure. The main gate was left open all the time so someone could have easily access from the street. First time they said everything secure and safe and the when I told the main gate they excused the rain was damaged the electric door system. No one came down to check on me or check the gate. And the room was so cold. Even the people, next door, were told how cold the room is the first day I met them. Also the bathroom has sewage smell all the time.

Everything about it was perfect! Good location, rooms where spacious, well equiped, quick response from property team.

Nothing... Everything was perfect as it says in the website.

Przestronny i czysty apartament. Wygodne łóżka i świetna lokalizacja. Ładny widok. Świetna cena za apartament w takiej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko na punkt widokowy.

Łazienka do wymiany. Woda nie spływała prawidłowo. Hałas z ulicy budził nas kilka razy w nocy.
