I don't like the way how the attitude 😒 disappointed after I did payment once I arrived I have to do payment again

In general room and kitchen was clean

The location is unsafe with a lot of homeless people, and noisy outside 24/7. Also the owner charge additional fees for sending code for entrance to his own IBAN.

The shower was nice

It was smelling so badly outside that we didnt want to open window. It was difficult to get in and to contact you. Also you send us an outdated photo of the place where we needed to pay the city tax so it was almost imposible to find the right place.

The neighborhood, the staff, the cocroaches, the attitude, everything

I didn’t end up staying here because the person on the phone was so Unhelpful who I needed assistance from before and as I arrived and the area was very unpleasant - im in the middle of a complaint against them to get a refund but so far no luck - avoid at all costs.

The behaviour of the receptionist here is very bad. One should never go here with family. Other people come here and knock on the doors Is very very bad.? 😞
