"Hospitality was not what I was expecting specifically the behaviour part"

The bed and the inside atmosphere of the guest house was good.

In our all of the charging ports didn’t had any electricity supply, when I notified the person in charge he told me to charge my phone at the kitchen. And when I asked him will he take responsibility if our electrical devices get stolen, he was being very rude and told me not once but twice to not disturb him and saying he won’t take responsibility it’s not business. Then why did he tell me to charge my phone in the kitchen at the first place!!? When I asked him this exact same question then his reply was like the previous reply don’t disturb me and then goes offline
