We had a great hotel experience staying at Anjo Azul. Amazing service, so helpful and kind staff, make you happy. You have everything you need in the room, and its very good cleaning. The location is perfect and you get good advice from the staff how to make the most of your Lissabon visit. We highly recommend. Johanna and Jonas, Sweden.

"Hotel con una ubicación privilegiada para estar en Lisboa"

El hotel queda en una ubicación muy buena en el Barrio Alto. Se camina fácilmente hacia la Plaza de Comercio y, a unas cuadras, hacia abajo, se puede tomar el trolley. El personal es muy amable. Las tres personas que nos atendieron, nos acomodaron con gran amabilidad ( Elena, Miguel y la joven chica). Me volvería a quedar.

Nos quedamos en dos habitaciones porque la primera tenía un pequeño problema. La primera era un poco pequeña, pero funcional. La segunda, a la cual nos mudaron rápidamente, resultó ser bien cómoda. Estaba situada al interior y no se oían ruidos.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Namen de tijd voor je en hebben ons met de kaart van Lissabon een programma van drie dagen voorgesteld. We hebben gewoon de adviezen opgevolgd en dat was fantastisch. 24-uurs bezetting gaf ook een heel veilig gevoel. Lag mooi centraal, waardoor alles goed bereikbaar was.

De kamer was aan de kleine kant, maar we hadden een klein buitenverblijf, dus dat was voor een paar dagen heel goed te doen.

Sehr gute Lage in einer typischen Altstadtgasse, Haus schön renoviert, top sauber, Kaffeekapselmaschine im Zimmer. Receptionisten, v.a. Miguel nicht zu überbieten mit Freundlichkeit und Gästebetreuung. Allen Mitarbeitern ist es ein Anliegen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas eng, inkl. Bad. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet.
