Recepção 24h. Quarto muito limpo e funcional. Localizado no coração turístico de Lisboa. Mas o melhor de tudo são os funcionários extremamente amáveis e atentos.

Banheiro um pouco pequeno pode ser difícil para pessoas mais altas.

All fine for us but some guests might have trouble with stairs as there is no lift

Okay, this isn't a fancy glass and steel luxury hotel, but I didn't want that. This is a small, old fashioned, friendly hotel with in a great location in the city, vclose to Baixa-Chido Metro station and convenient for many restaurants, cafes etc. My room was small, but very comfortable with tripple glazing (two sets of double glazed doors with blackout doors too, so really quiet and very dark at night - excellent. The thing that really makes this hotel a special gem is the team - Elena and Miguel and the team are so incredibly friendly and helpful with the offer of coffee every morning and extremely good hints and tips for places to visit, how to get the best out of the city - these conversations were very welcome and invaluable. The good people at Anjo Azul could not have done more to help me have a wonderful stay and I would recommend this little gem to anyone travelling to Lisboa. (for the team at Anjo Azul ,this review will be in my wife's name as she booked it for me, but I was in room 203 for 4 nights, checking out on the 23rd May)

There is very little that could have been improved upon really. The only thing that was a tiny bit frustrating was that the wifi in the room was a little patchy, but this is very minor and I'm only really saying this because Booking.Com needed a box filling.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4.Etage mit Balkon es war klein aber fein und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das ganze Personal war so herzlich besonders Miguel ❤️und Elena haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen und hatten wunderbare Tipps für uns . Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr besonders 🫶. Die Umgebung ist sehr lebhaft aber man ist auch mitten in Lissabon uns hat es nicht gestört!
