"Property is closed, I guess? Cancelled our booking once we arrived and left us scrambling. Avoid"

Prepaid for the entire stay. Arrived on time to find the property locked, vacant, and closed. It took a while to get in touch with the property management, who apparently had forgotten our booking. They promised to get back to me in a bit, but then just cancelled the booking without comment. Left us scrambling to find a new place to stay. Thankfully we had rented a car, or that would have been much more difficult.
