Ottima posizione in zona ZTL Camera e bagno ben attrezzati e puliti. Terrazzo con vista spettacolare sul centro storico di Matera.

Il parcheggio è a pagamento e molto caro.

Se vuoi un PALCOSCENICO al centro di Matera devi prendere la stanza n.3 de "Lo splendore dei Sassi" e goderti la vista UNICA dal suo splendido balcone. IMPAGABILE. Questo spettacolo prevale su tutto anche se il resto della camera, dei servizi è di buon livello. DA NON PERDERE.

Unico piccolo consiglio una tenda intera per oscurare di notte la porta finestra di accesso straordinario balcone.
