Central Rooms Split

The location is excellent and Simon was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The door on our room looked like it didn't close properly.

Really helpful staff. Very accomodating

The lights in the shared entranceway need to be changed to motion sensors as people forget to turn them off and the light cones through the door.

Both Simon and the cleaning lady were lovely! Very quick to reply to texts and friendly. The location is great. Close to shops and events. The sound isolation from the windows is very good (could barely hear any traffic). We could hear sounds from the room next door and upstairs, but it's an old building, so it's expected.

Great location in Split, and clear and prompt communication with the host. Room was clean with modern facilities.

The host, Simon was super friendly and very very helpful. His response was almost instant. Felt very welcoming. The cleaning lady was very kind too. Additionally, the property was at a walkable distance from Old town, Split.

Nothing that I disliked about this property. In the night, there were tiny flies (mosquito-like) in the room. I do not think we can do much about it anyways.

Very helpful owner. Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location.
