Spacious, comfortable, great location

The highlight of the property was its owner, Simon, who was very helpful and assisted us with our requests.

Nothing in particular. The room was how we expected it.

Fantastic location. Really easy walk to all the central parts of Split we wanted to see

No longer pristine but still clean and comfortable and given the price I had no complaints. Appears to be a shattered entrance to a residential building but Simon was on hand to welcome us and bring us to the right doorway.

The location was perfect! Very central and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable! The host was very kind, showed us the property and gave us some great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

We were greeted by the host Simon, who handed us keys and showed us the room. The area was within walking distance to all the sights of Split without being noisy at night. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout. It’s the little things like this that make a holiday in a different country wonderful.

Amazing location right near the old town, with all attractions within a few minute walk. Comfy beds, great air conditioning, and lots of lights options. Simon and the cleaning lady were both super friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were definitely not soundproofed. Bathroom was a little dated, but reasonably clean. Also nowhere to keep out bags on the last day after checkout, however we found many bag stores in the centre for €3.50 a day.
