Central Rooms Split

Amazingly friendly and well organized staff! They reserved a parking spot in a crowded parking area with their own car for us.

Unfortunately the walls and doors are a bit thin. Hence, you can hear your neighbors quite well.

Simple room, bed was comfy room was spacious enough for 2 people. Nice bathroom. Didn’t make use of the other amenities but they looked plentiful. Location was fantastic, very near the old town streets (bakeries, shops, ice creams) but not in the middle of everything. Perfect location

The air conditioning did not work (very important for most guests I would have thought) and the handle to the bathroom fell off. Generally felt uncomfortable and unclean. Would not recommend unless updated. Very limited natural light.

The host Simon was fantastic. He messaged us the day before and the day we arrived and met us at the property. He even carried the bags up the stairs :) The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and an iron! The location was perfect and was less than 5 minutes from the main area. The cleaner was also really friendly and reminded us about clean towels and asked if we needed anything each morning when she arrived.

It’s not obvious from the pictures that the property is shared with two other apartments and the kitchen is a shared space. This wasn’t a big deal for us however as we didn’t use the kitchen area too much and the people in the rooms next to us were lovely.

Excellent location. Host Simon was very responsive and helpful. Lovely cleaning lady at the apartment was very helpful too. Right in the centre of the old town, just a few minutes' walk from Riva promenade, but very quiet at night, no noise at all. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location within the Old Town and short walk to the promenade, however very close to bars so was noisy through the night. The room was exceptionally clean and Mirianna the cleaner was so lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. Good number of towels, storage and extra bedding and appreciated the flexible check-in/out process.

No fan in the bathroom so had to wait in between use for steam to clear, the shower cubicle is also very small but this didn’t affect us. Would be useful to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and hot water stopped working one night.

Perfect location, very close to old town, Riva, lots restaurants close by. Room was great. Simon was very helpful you couldn’t ask for better host.
