Good location on the beach in front of the waves.Rooms were large.

Place is run down. Simple things that could be fixed are not (palm leaves blocking the walk path, broken walkway over breakwall- easy to break an ankle. No general maintenance all around. Overpriced for what you get.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly

This place looks like it was probably nice a decade or so ago but has had no maintenance since then. Everything is run down. Our group booked many rooms and there were multiple issues from mold to broken ACs to flooding toilets and beds smaller than promised. There are only a small handful of mediocre items on the menu and the kitchen closes at 7 pm. The price is not reflective of the facilities. The staff tried to accommodate and were friendly enough - but it was just not great. Location was beautiful though!

The place is not being maintained well. You can tell it used to be nice but now it seems to be falling apart in many places. The pictures on booking are definitely not accurate anymore. Our room was sold with a king bed, but it actually only has a queen. This makes a big difference when you travel as a family.

The hotel is located right on the beach & the staff was very friendly and kind

We booked the 35 m² sea view room with a balcony for €330 for 4 nights, but were given a completely different room (One that would have cost significantly less, according to Booking.com). The hotel feels overpriced for what it offers, especially when compared to other available places on the island that had pools, were in far better condition & offered much more value for money. The entire property is in need of a serious renovation. There was a clear lack of staff! The breakfast took around two hours to arrive. And as for the WiFi? It barely worked at all.

Many of the facilities that were said to be available were not. This is concerning when the property is isolated, as it is at Scar Reef. Things like ‘driver available’ when we found there wasn’t a car for use at all, many things were not on the menu, no water working and the staff did not tell new guests until they had already gone up to their room, and then the guests had to come back to reception to ask about the water, when they could have already been told there was no running water and offered a discount. They need to refresh their snorkelling gear, as there is only one mask available. Yes, it is a beautiful ‘out of the way yet on the beach’ accom, but the owners have ‘abandoned’ the lovely staff who work best with what they have.

The location and the staff made this such a great place to be. The room and facilities were great but the people made the difference.

They already know it but upgrading to starlink will help with the local connectivity. Not a must have and like I said they already know.

The location is incredible and the staffs is lovely, food is basique but good!

It definitely needs some maintenance and refreshment and some more effort on the cleanliness 🙏🏻 ( wifi wasn’t optimal but there was a big storm )
