Myamo Beach Lodge

Excellent location, room very big and comfortable

Very poor wi-fi, no scooter renting, no excursions offered, no surf guiding no surf coaching, just few boards for renting that is a big lack as they are in front of Scar reef. It seems sometimes in nobody’s hands.

Location is beautiful and the hotel has lots of supplies for swimming and surfing

The wifi was almost non-existent and given the location you often have to eat at the hotel and the food is average

The location is perfect, the view is amazing and the beach is very kids friendly with a long with sandy beach and you can walk to 100 meters into the sea. Great with kids.

The property needs some serious renovation. For example the property is a little bit above the beach, but the stairs to get to the beach is completely broken. So you have to climb the wall. The restaurant has no soul at all, cushions were teared and dirty. There also was little food available (at one point even the vegetables were not available). We got sent to other places to get food. The included breakfast is only pancakes, you can't choose otherwise. We ordered an extra full breakfast, but we only got 2 pieces of toast and a small egg. Still we had to pay the full amount for the breakfast. The room was only cleaned once, which is not very handy if you are beach front with 2 kids.

They had hardly any food available at the lodge and would have to source from town which is a fair distinction

Toilets not working properly, smell of sewage, food not available to order, shower head not working properly, coffee machine not working, needs more sun lounges.

The staff are amazing. The cleaning was exceptional. The only negative was the depleted food supplies and beer, as it was not being delivered. The staff were very apologetic and quite embarrassed. I suppose being an island and having to rely on supplies from the mainland makes it difficult. Although it did not detract from our stay. We would definitely return to Myamo Beach Lodge. Surf was great every day for my husband. A quick boat ride out for 50,000 rupiah. Much thanks to the staff 😀 Anne-Marie

Great location and staff. Food is great. Room is very clean comfortable.

It was a little pricey but there’s not a lot of options in Scar reef.

Loved our spacious room and outside area will always remember waking up to that beautiful sea view through the coconut palms

Ok the food was pretty much as bad as it gets! This is the managements fault NOT THE STAFF. The owner and manager / HR on Lombok do not give the staff enough money to buy all need food items. About the only thing you could order was Fried Rice. We liked the view and location.

The complete lack of management from owner and HR. I saw entire families leave due to lack of anything to eat. The staff were so embarrassed because they didn't have enough money to buy groceries too cook for the guests.
