Guesthouse Omalo

Fantastic hosts, food was great and beautiful location

It was a little cool at night but given the rustic nature of Omalo I think this is to be expected

The view and setting of the Omalo Guesthouse is as i imagine paradise!

Despite to be basically a big cabin, this guesthouse is worth being called a small family hotel, thanks to the excellent people who run it with love and passion to their guests. The food is awesome! The view is fantastic! We made friends with locals who'd swiftly helped us with a punctured tire.

There's no electricity in the rooms besides the lighting, only at the reception desk due to the solar power limitations, but considering that the area is not electrified at all it's understandable.

Finger-licking homemade food by an incredible cook. The young helper was very kind and spoke English :) The views are magnificent and the village is very well-located. The room had a bathroom in it.

I'd come back despite 3 minor things: -Our group was split as to the quality of the mattress. I didn't find it comfortable. - Weak water pressure in the shower -The walls are paper thin so the noise easily makes it through.

I loved everything. Best dinner and breakfast in Georgia. Friendly hosts.

Nothing, this guesthouse is amazing.

We liked it very much. We were with three of us(me, my husband and our 3yo son). Lea and Tamari were so kind to us and hospitable. It was so nice to experience other people to interact with our child so nicely and we felt complete trust. Food was delicious and amounts were huge,we definitely got spoiled by it and we did not bother to eat anywhere else. Their homemade wine was very delicious so we bought it as well ☺️ rooms were simple but clean and beds were very comfortable! Anyhow you'll not regret choosing this guesthouse!
