Guesthouse Omalo

The proprietor was kind and helpful, and the food was very good and plentiful.

We would have breakfast in the morning and spend the whole day in the mountains. At the end of the day we always had a delicious dinner and homemade wine. The weather is very changeable, it rained in the middle of the day, so raincoats were needed. The view behind the Diklo fortress is a must see. Thank you for a great time and your hospitality.

The hospitality of the hostess was extraordinary! Breakfast and diner were served for a small fee every day.

We forgot to bring enough cash money as the breakfast and diner were not included, and paying with card was not an option

Fantastic hospitality, great views and really great food! We would recommend staying two days at least to explore the area. The host organized horse riding and a drive back over the mountain for us. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here with family and friends only for one night and really really regretted not staying for longer. The place is simply amazing. The location, fantastic food prepared by the owners, their friendliness and helpfulness …we loved everything. I will definitely come back here for longer and i highly recommend it to everyone :)

We can totally recommend Omalo Guesthouse! The Host is super welcoming and made sure all the time we have everything we need. She cooks amazing food, which differed everyday! We stayed for 4 days and we totally fell in love with the silence, the view and the guesthouse with it’s lovely atmosphere.

Fair deal for the money in Tusheti. Convenient location above the village with wonderful view over the mountains and not hard to find. We are grateful that we where alowed to cook in the kitchen and owner always offer us her support and some extra food and wine besides a wellcoming smile on every interaction. We got good recoamndations for day trips, electricity and hot shower worked. Highly recomanded to stay in this guesthouse.

Was a bit cold inside the room at night in late September early October but this is the case with all the guesthouses in Tusheti. Guesthouses and home in general over there are made for summer holidays but the owner made theyre best to make us every evening a worm cozzy room with a small fireplace. Also take in consideration that they use solar pannels for electricity and hot water so the worm kshower only during the sunny days anot not in the morning or night.
