Perfect location in the old town surrounded by restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance to the beach. The amenities had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Split. Ivica met us on arrival and provided us with ample recommendations on restaurants, bars, day trips and directions to the beaches.

Nothing to dislike about the property.

This place is absolutely perfect. Clean, everything you could possibly need, excellent location, secure and stylish. I really loved staying here! Karlo checked me into the property and was so friendly and welcoming, even sending me a list of recommendations. Highly recommend to everyone!

I don’t like leaving negatives about properties this good but the noise can’t be overlooked - the property is above some restaurants and it really is noisy. The walls are also super thin - I was woken up to the person next door snoring in the middle of the night, and you can hear conversations word for word. I would still stay here again for the location and the vibe, but one to watch if you’re a light sleeper.
