Spacious room size and decoration. Good wifi and air conditioning room and the window.

No balcony. Found some hairs in the bathroom when arrived. The shower room drain was blocked. However, the staff came to fix quickly but water run ok only first shower. Water has gone a bit slow. No one cleaned or changed the mug and glasses on the second day. Found some hairs on the pillow too also hair near the bed. Bed is making noise even normal sleep. I stayed alone. Bed needs to be changed.

Carlo was super helpful with parking, recommendations, general advice about split. Our room, while small (which we knew when we booked) was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and had many thoughtful decorating touches. The shower was amazing, bed very large and extremely comfortable and security was excellent.

My only minor quibble is that I think it would be great to have some sort of window covering (blind or curtains). It’s light so early and the room is bathed in full daylight from about 5am.

Karlos was such a great host, he was very accommodating given our flight was delayed by 2 hours meaning we didn't arrive to the apt until 12.30am. He also organised a table at Makarun which was booked out and we had the best meal yet (we did the chefs menu & wine pairing) The apt was very comfortable, spacious and was in the best location we could have asked for. Would 100% return, no issues! If anything they could probably charge more for the apt as it was a very good standard.

Nothing, everything was great!

It is well located so that you don’t need to walk very far from taxi and is very quick to walk into the centre of the old town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The place was a little hard to find and not easily accessible by car: A 5 minute walk and 2 flights of stairs with and without luggage is not the same. The building is undergoing construction, very noisy during the day
