Breakfast not included. Location a bit run down.

All was good considering how little we paid for the room. 2 flights of spiral staircase could be an issue for certain age groups.Really good value compared to others in Split.

Only positive thing about the property was the location.

Room wasn’t properly cleaned, i could tell the toilet wasn’t cleaned after previous guest, and there was dust around the room. Also there was a strange smell in the building.

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean, responsive host.

The room was very small, and the stairs going up to the room were a very tight spiral. It was challenging getting our bags up and down.

Čistoća, posteljina je izgledala kao da je vec netko spavao, rucnici kom 2 za plažu, da bih oprao zube moram sjesti na školjku jer se nemogu okrenuti unutra, stubiste kruzno od 80 cm s koferom jako nezgodno

Rooms are in the vicinity of coffee bars, restaurants, and the central hub.

Cleanliness should be improved a lot. But the access to the rooms is through a very narrow spiral staircase (not safe with large baggage). very small bathrooms. The water heater should be manually switched on (around 40 min) before usage, but with a limited quantity.
