Sauberkeit

The apartment location is very good, you can walk to all sights in Split, main bus station, food, restaurant, everything. The area feels safe.

The toilet space is very cramp, one would face the wash basin when seated on toilet. There are facilities promised that are unavailable, example: washing machine. The host explains the kitchen area is being renovated but this is not explained anywhere, nor any advice given before hand. This results in the photo's not matching the reality, and disappointment with what is available for use.

La chambre du rdc a ses fenêtres qui donnent directement sur les tables d'un restaurant. On entend les gens parler comme si nous étions avec eux. De ce fait impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte et encore moins les rideaux ce qui donne un aspect sombre à la chambre (on est obligés d'allumer la lumière à tout moment de la journée) La sdb est très petite (si vous êtes un gros gabarit vous risquez de rencontrer quelques difficultés pour circuler). Impossible d'utiliser le lavabo sans mettre de l'eau partout.

La ubicacion

...for business trip (but also for some quick "without big suitcase" summer-vacation that includes strong historical surrounding, such the town od Split is) is this accomodation very optimal. Nicely situated some 100m apart from famous site for the Split Summer Festival (but still very quiet - in an old typical Dalmatinian nerrow street , called Kala) , offers the good starting point, where in some 5min you are at the Split-Riva (seaside-promenade) , passing by the Split famous Fish-market and walking thorugh the 1700 years old Roman Palace. Town of Split has fairly well developed city public transportation, where almost every bus-line can take You to beaches....

Alles etwas eng, aber das gehört zum Charme einer Unterkunft in der Altstadt. Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Und das sozusagen zum Einstiegspreis, da es keine billigeren Gästezimmer in der Region gibt.
