"A comfortable stay in a lovely property"

The Urban Nest was such a perfect place to stay for our time in Tampa. The property was so clean and cosy, and had all amenities we needed, plus some extra thoughtful touches. Off-street parking was really helpful. We could get a bus to downtown Tampa, and the property is in a great location for getting on the highway to explore the surrounding areas. Janice was quick to respond to any questions and was really helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the Urban Nest and loved our stay here.

This little guesthouse is pretty much perfect! It has a fridge/stove with frying pans and everything you would need to cook, the shower/tub combo is great and actually super easy to step out of since the bath is level with the floor. The neighbourhood around is actually really nice, but you definitely need a car if you want to get anywhere. There are buses that run every half an hour but they're a bit of a walk in the heat so my partner and I got a lot of ubers. But then again, the ubers were only about 10 bucks for basically anywhere we wanted to go since this was pretty much in the middle of everywhere we were visiting, so there's honestly absolutely nothing to complain about with this property! The host was also very lovely and accommodating

"Great guest house and would definitely stay again."

Janice's guest house was perfect for my stay. It is close to the highway for easy travel, but is quiet. There is a little diner a few blocks away for coffee and food. The guest house is well equipped with everything that you would need for a stay.

Everything was great so there isn't anything that I didn't like.

Die Lage war Hervorragend, das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist sehr praktisch, die Gegend ist zu dem sehr ruhig.
