Everything. The location is brilliant, the room was extremely comfortable and the host was the nicest guy you could expect to meet.

"I had come for a break but was also house hunting. It provided a comfortable and convenient base."

Breakfast was not provided, but there was a kettle, fridge and a microwave plus a dining table (cutlery supplied on request). Also, Jamie provided some cards which would get you 10% off at certain local eating places. I had a delicious Indian meal on the first evening. There is a car park a few yards away from the guest house, but I parked on the one way system which was free! The room was light, comfortable and spacious with a comfy bed. I liked the view down into the street (not noisy!)

I had asked in advance for decaff teabags to be provided, and there weren't any! But I always carry some with me just in case.

Jamie is an absolutely brilliant host and was so flexible with our arrival time due to delays at Calais with the Shuttle. Beautiful room and fridge and microwave a bonus. There is a car park a very short walk away which is free from 6pm to 8am which is brilliant.

That we only stayed for one night!
