Location, near trolley and bus stops and metro. The staff make you feel part of the family. The breakfast has many options for all tastes.

Friendly staff, clean room

Room is poorly ventilated (the only window is sealed shut). Even though there is a plate asking to conserve water, getting hot water requires several minutes each time.

Yolanda and Carlos and their son were so welcoming, helpful and kind. They really made us feel at home. The food was delicious and copious! Perfect way to start our trip in Ecuador. Highly recommended!

The owners are very warm, friendly and helpful. My boyfriend had to leave very early for his flight, the owners still made him a breakfast. Next to that, the room is good value for money.

It’s an adorable property tucked into a place in Quito where every building is interesting. The breakfast was delicious, they even made it early for me and they took me to the bus station! Yolanda and Carlos were amazing hosts.

it just takes a minute for the hot water to get warm. But once it does, whoo buddy!
