Location is convenient close to a bus stop. Breakfast and hot showers here are really good compared to the other places we stayed. Also, the hosts are warm and tried to interact with us in spite of the language barrier.

Small room size and limited natural light in the room. The facility is old and the neighborhood did not feel safe at night.

Carlos and his family were absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Even the little dog Titan was exceptionally friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean with great facilities. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and they were able to arrange taxis and airport transfers. We loved it so much were are going back in a couple of days!

We really enjoyed our time here. Yolanda and her family were so lovely and welcoming, they really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay, the hosts are the most kindest people and lovely clean facilities. Delicious breakfast and would recommend for anyone when staying in Quito!

Very friendly family host. Excellent full breakfast. Good value for the price. Wifi was good and shower was hot.

You're in an old house so the rooms are next to each other so you can hear whenever other guests walk past your room.

Carlos and Yolanda were awesome hosts--genuine, helpful and good spirited. We loved the beautiful old house and the delicious breakfasts. One of our best stays in Ecuador.

The area doesn’t feel safe, many homeless people around, some also demanded money from us. The accommodation is not quiet and hard to sleep well. There is no sound proof. The host would wake up around 5am to prepare breakfast, and make video calls with the family making lots of noise. We were waken up every morning during our stay.
