great value for money. Quiet even though it was one street back from the main Pai walking street. Cute individual huts. Simple but comfortable enough.

There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff, great location near walking street and bus station . Nice to have fridge , coffee and two bottles of water left outside. Lovely little bungalow.

Fridge was sometimes noisy, but at least could switch it off. German Neighbours - after asking them to be quiet 5 times they said sorry and continued talking loudly. I got to sleep at 1.30 when they turned in. 4 hours after my bedtime. And I had earplugs.

This is a great place to stay when you're in Pai. Individual huts in a tranquil garden, close to town. Good value and nice staff.

close to the main walking street in Pai but also in a quiet location. Simple but clean facilities and the veranda with the hamock and chair was lovely.

The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful! We extended our stay on two occasions and they happily accommodated us. We had peace, privacy and warmth with wonderful hospitality. The location is minutes away from the market and venues, but tucked away on a quiet street. The cabins are delightful little homes, encircling a gorgeous green yard, birds, trees, swings and little balconies with big chairs. Thank you so much to the family at Baankanoonpai for making us at home at their beautiful place! We will be back!

No complaints

I loved this place and so glad I found it! It is very close to the walking street but is set back from the noise and chaos in its own private and peaceful oasis. The bungalows look out onto a garden and there are hammocks on the porch to lounge in. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and cheerful. It was very quiet and I had good sleeps there. I highly recommend it and would book again if I’m back in Pai again. Good value for the money.

The beds were a little too firm but that’s typical in Thailand. The shower arrangement could use some improvement but it’s functional. I actually don’t like complaining about anything as those details weren’t an issue for me. I got cold at night in January and that’s not a problem with the bungalow but just be sure to bring warm clothing if you’re going at that time of year.

Bon acceuil, très propre, très bien situé en centre ville, très beau cadre, calme...

Tout était bien pour moi.
