The Wellington Pub Cromer

I was very impressed with the Wellington. The staff were friendly and helpful, my lunch in the restaurant was lovely and my room was comfortable. I was going to a show at the pier and the Wellinton is just 5 minutes walk away up a slope. It was a cold windy night and it was lovely to just walk up the slope to my nice warm room

Nice room. Tea and coffee and toiletries. Great central location.

Nothing to dislike.

It was cold there in Cromer, the radiator was not working in the room, there was a pub at the ground floor, whenever we had some issue we had to go down from 2nd floor to let them know, we went thrice to get the radiator sorted. In the end it was not working so got a mobile heater. The room was on second floor. There were no lights on the stairs so in the night had to go through the stairs and in the end had to switch on the light which didn't matter anyways For any help we had to always go from second floor to ground floor to seek for help which we didn't like

No breakfast provided Beds were comfortable with nice cotton sheets. One staff member was very helpful.

Facilities in bathroom and bedroom inadequate. No towel rail, no surfaces to put things. The manager was not helpful.

Bad Wi-Fi connection

The room was great and the location was perfect for exploring Cromer. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
