Warm welcome, very nice people. Fresh recently refurbished bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds. Room well appointed. Location: a stone’s throw from the seafront and pier.

First impressions not the best as works in progress - stair carpet particularly unwelcoming although understandable in the circumstances. The only slight blemish in an otherwise perfect stay.

Stairs were absolutely disgustingly filthy. It looked like they had not been hoovered for a year!

Beautiful clean room with everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. Good hot shower. Very welcoming staff. Lovely stay. Very close to the pier and beach. In the centre of town too. Ideal location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Decorating in bathroom didn't match up to how well done the rest of the room was. Slightly narrow bendy stairs to get to room. Nothing anyone could change as part of building. Just worth mentioning for maybe a lesser able bodied person to navigate.

Room immaculately clean, beautifully furnished,and so comfortable. Staff amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend.
