The central location and the size of the room.

The ensuite was too small. The staircase was scruffy.

Excellent location. Lovely staff, nice big family room which was clean and comfortable. Close to the everything we needed. We would stay again! Thanks!

Check in was a bit chaotic waiting at the busy bar but was swiftly sorted by lovely staff. Noisy until closing time but that was to be expected as it was bank holiday weekend. Can’t complain really! A little bar of soap in the bathroom would have been nice but the co op is just down the road.

Location good shower and handbasin a bit small beds a bit uncomfortable had a bit of a problem with toilet flushing

Noisy,- our room was above the bar . Understand it was a Saturday night with a live band but it was not restful. Overpriced for facilities.
