The animals were very cute and that it had lots of pools to accommodate everyone

They showers only had cold water, the windows are very high we couldn’t close them we had problems with mosquitoes, towels are very bad quality when you wipe yourself with the toilets it leaves white stuff all over your body

The receptionist could not even listen when we complained that rooms arw smelling inside. Took advantage that it busy new year holiday. We booked 2 nights we slept only one night. We had to look for relatives to sleep at. Our money not refunded gone for nothing

Cleaning rooms. We changed from other room to another still the same. It's smelling bad you cnt sleep at night
